Welcome to WillPower Books. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by WillPower Books (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. The Service is owned and operated by The WillPower Myanmar. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.2. We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1. You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account. Minors (e.g., under 18 in many jurisdictions) must have parental or guardian consent.
2.2. To access certain features (such as saving favorites or making purchases), you’ll need to register and provide a valid email address and other requested details.
2.3. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you’ll keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. License. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial use.
3.2. Restrictions. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service content;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;

• Circumvent security features or interfere with the Service’s operation.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by WillPower Books or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
4.2. “User Content” (your bookmarks, notes, reviews) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free right to use, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and promote the Service.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

5.1. Some features require payment. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation details are displayed in the App.
5.2. Payments are processed through third‑party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play). You agree to their terms and fees.
5.3. We do not issue refunds; any refund requests must follow the policies of the payment provider you used.
5.4. Free trials, if offered, convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Third‑Party Links and Advertising

6.1. The Service may include links to outside websites or display third‑party advertisements. We do not control or endorse these sites or ads and bear no responsibility for their content or practices.
6.2. Your interactions with advertisers or merchants on those sites are solely between you and them.

7. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

7.1. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content at our discretion.
7.2. For reviews submitted in the App:

• One review per title; additional reviews may overwrite earlier ones.

• No external links or promotional content.

• Remove technical error comments once an issue is resolved.

• No hate speech, threats, or harassment.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

8.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error‑free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillPower Books and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (or USD 10 if you have not paid us).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WillPower Books, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or others.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of Yangon.
